The Firm
ServePoint Capital, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) specializing in managing a concentrated portfolio of mid- and large-cap equities with the goal of compounding capital over time. The firm may opportunistically allocate to derivatives and leveraged ETFs when appropriate.
While clients maintain quarterly liquidity, ServePoint Capital invests with a long-term perspective, and a three-year mental commitment is highly recommended. The majority of capital is allocated to 2–12 core holdings, monitored closely on a quarterly basis.

Founder & Portfolio Manager
The Manager
Vinay is the founder and portfolio manager of ServePoint Capital, LLC, which operates and manages a concentrated group of equities for qualified clients. He is responsible for generating investment ideas and managing portfolios.
Prior to forming ServePoint Capital, Vinay managed his own personal portfolio since 2019 and continues to commit a significant portion of his net worth to the equity markets.
Vinay graduated from University of Florida with a BA in Economics.
Outside of work, Vinay enjoys playing and watching sports with friends and family. His competitive spirit—having been ranked the number one table tennis player in Florida for four consecutive years—has directly shaped his work ethic. He is also an avid reader on all things markets-related and deeply passionate about his work.
